    Consumer Complaint Process

    On July 1, 2011, 《BOB》第四章“项目完整性规则”修正案生效. 《BOB》的要求之一是,授权在一个或多个州提供高等教育的每所学院或大学确保能够进入投诉程序,允许学生消费者解决以下问题:

    • alleged violations of State laws or rules relating to the licensure of postsecondary institutions; and

    Student Complaint Policy

After reviewing the policies in these catalogs, if you still have questions, you may address them to the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs.

    基于受保护类别的骚扰或歧视投诉(e).g.(种族、性别、残疾或其他受保护的阶层),应报告给 合规/第九条主任和残疾协调员, in accordance with the Harassment and Discrimination Policy. Complaints based on sexual misconduct, including sexual assault, domestic and dating violence, and stalking, 也应该报告给合规总监/第九条协调员吗, in accordance with the College’s Policy on Sexual Misconduct.

    与联邦和机构学生贷款有关的投诉, grants, or work study should be directed to the Office of Financial Aid.

    State Contact Information for Filing Complaints

    Higher Learning Commission Complaint Information
